Preschool Enrollment
2024-25 Preschool Enrollment
We are delighted that you are interested in our Early Childhood program!
To apply for a seat for the 2024-25 school year, you will need to complete the online application and upload the required forms and documents. If you would prefer, we can send you a paper copy of the application and accompanying forms.

Proof of Age (birth certificate)
Proof of Residency (two forms required)
- Mortgage statement or rental agreement/lease
- Utility bill at the address listed (heating, electricity, or phone)
Student immunization record and physical exam
- If your child has an upcoming appointment, please provide the date of when we should expect your child's records.
Sliding fee scale application:
Proof of income for ALL contributing household members
- 2023 tax returns
- W-2’s

Once we receive all required forms and documents, your application will be considered complete. We will review completed applications after March 24, 2023 and we will contact families after that date regarding availability.
